What You Need to Qualify

To be eligible, you must:

  • Have purchased the qualifying service within the last 60 days

  • Complete all required steps as outlined in the training or by the Smart Agent

  • Allow 30 days after implementation for results to take effect

  • Provide view-only access to:

    • Your Google Business Profile

    • Your Google Analytics

    • Your Search Console (if available)

How Refunds Are Processed

Dispute or Appeal Process

If your refund is declined, you may submit a single appeal, with additional evidence explaining why you believe you’ve met the requirements.
